Classic health programmes optimise wellness KPIs, steps, fruit baskets, massages. We build a backbone: health as the foundation, culture as the transmission system, motivation as the catalyst. All three layers translate into financial metrics, profit leakage instead of goodwill.
How fast do we see ROI?
First risk map after 8 weeks, validated EBITDA effects typically after 6 months. We work with a performance guarantee: if defined KPIs do not reach the agreed level, contractual remedies kick in.
What about data protection and anonymity?
Individual data stays with the employee, hosting in the EU, GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001. Management only sees aggregated, anonymized risk maps above a minimum group size. No reverse engineering possible.
Does this also work in shift / production?
Yes. The app is offline-capable, micro-interventions are designed for 5-minute slots and work without a smartphone requirement. On-site workshops and coaching complement the digital component, fitting shift and field-service realities.
